What's The Buzz...

I think you'll agree, this Summer has been somewhat of a scorcher! Which on the one hand is lovely, but in truth, when we're here at RPM and we only have aircon in the shop, working in our learning room upstairs has been a real challenge. Fans have been consistently blowing, the team have been copiously drinking (water obvs!) but the customers have been continually visiting - which is just brilliant. So thank you to all our regulars - and our newbies just discovering us for the first time - for the support and custom.

And on that note, we definitely have all noticed an increase in the amount of people popping into our shop. This must be partly due to our recent external refurbishment, which has included a fresh monochrome repaint, snazzy new window branding and our a-board, which now sits out on the street - it all seems to have had a huge impact on our footfall. Together with our internal changes, plus our brand new POS till, our team have been super busy - which is just brilliant to see.

We were awarded the funding to purchase our new till by Cllr Paul Webb (Reform) as part of the Member Grants and he made the time this week to come in, meet some of our team and learn all about the invaluable work we do here.

Onwards and upwards!
