FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE AND HOW DO THE STUDENTS LEARN THEIR SKILLS?
The Fenner Frost Foundation runs a second hand vinyl and CD record shop at:​
30 West Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 1AP​
The Shop is called RPM (Reaching People Through Music) and is a fully functioning retail space,
where our students can put into practice the skills they will be learning.
There is also a teaching space on the premises so that they can underpin their
practical experience with their learning.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING DAYS AND TIMES?
The RPM shop is open from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Friday
and every Saturday 10am-1pm. However, our staff team are here from 9am to 4pm.
NB. We close over the Christmas period, all bank holidays
and three weeks during early Summer.
NB. The students arrive at 10am and leave at 3pm.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST PER DAY, PER STUDENT?
The daily charge per student is £43.00.
NB. This fee will be increased to £45.00 from the 1st April 2026

CAN I SELF FUND MY PLACEMENT?
Yes! You will need to contact Lou Fowkes on 07551 843177
or email us at fenner.frost@yahoo.co.uk to complete the necessary paperwork.
CAN I JOIN AT ANYTIME THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?
Yes. Due to the flexibility of the work with our students, you can start anytime throughout the year.

We will book a 'Taster Day' for you to come and see us in the shop.
