Well, we've had such a lovely time of late! Not only have we been super busy with the shop (more about that in a bit) we have found some time to properly party! And the reason for this unexpected joviality? Well - the Fenner Frost Foundation / RPM has reached the grand old age of ten. Yes, this small but significant charity that support adults of 18+ wit learning disabilities, down syndrome and on the autistic spectrum has come on leaps and bounds since it was first formed in 2016 by Alison and Liz.

And so we celebrated in style by all shipping over to the magical Oak Grove in Upchurch, were treated to some delicious fare from Seasalt & Relish, danced our socks off to the A2 Barn Dance Band and got down and funky to tunes spun by the fabulous DJ Dave Bowles. There was also a raffle on the night with some brilliant prizes donated by local businesses, friends and family. It was an absolutely stonking night with fun, love and laughter and we would like to thank everyone who was involved in making it such a super success.

Our shop front is taking on new form with brand new window signage and a replaced signage at the top of the shop, installed by Daron and the team at Spyder Creative Limited. So do pop along and take a look - we're really rather pleased with it. Early June brings Dan the painter man from AllBrite Painting to our premises and he will be refreshing the whole shop exterior with our modern monochrome design of black and white. It's gonna look so cool!

In other news, we a new selection of merchandise in the shop. When you purchase that brand new or pre-loved piece of music for a family member or dear friend, you can also buy some wrapping paper, greeting card and a tote bag - a fabulous present all sorted!

Our students learning has been enhanced this month with two courses; Managing Your Money and Customer Service. These days are made available to us by the great team at Swale Community & Volunteer Services and CC. Our course trainer Cara has been running courses for us for a number of years now and has got to know our students so well, which really helps when working with them. Plus, she's also so lovely and super fun!

Anyway, that's it for now! Next month I'll be able to share with you all about our annual holiday...
