Our First 6 Months!

Well, this first half of 2026 has been super busy!  Brooke, Lucy and I have enjoyed really getting to know the team.   When we’re working with them, there’s always so much laughter, which is so lovely to hear...

In February we created a ‘Donate’ button on our website, so you can now support our work by choosing any amount you wish!  We also launched our very own Gift Vouchers; a great present for those all important birthdays and anniversaries - plus we sell wrapping paper, greeting cards and tote bags - so you’re all set!  We created our new membership scheme; Fenner Frost Friends, where you can join as an ‘Individual’ or a ‘Business’ and take advantage of some brilliant benefits.

The team were fortunate enough to have their learning further enhanced with two courses provided by the great team at Kent Adult  Education. ‘Customer Service’ in March and  ‘Managing Your Money’ in April.  We’d like to thank the wonderful Cara; our Course Leader!

The month of May saw us celebrate a decade of the charity with a ‘10th Birthday Bash’.  With traditional barn dancing music from A2, Dave Bowles’ disco spinning the tunes, delicious food from Seasalt & Relish and a fantastic fundraising raffle - it was an absolutely crackin’ night! 

In June we all shlepped over to Leysdown for our annual two-night holiday at Harts Caravan Park - and once again the team had a fab time! Ooh - and some of you may have noticed some serious changes to the front of our shop?  So it's roll on the next six months!
